After graduating Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Speech Communications, I attended Arizona State University College of Law and obtained my J.D. in 2003.
I began my legal career at a small law firm focusing on general civil litigation. Afterwards, I spent a large portion of my career as in-house counsel for a multi-state crane company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position afforded me experience in corporate law, contract law, construction/lien law, OSHA/MSHA/DOT regulatory compliance, motor vehicle claims, employment law and insurance law. I also spent a portion of my career as in-house counsel for two international five star hotels, focusing on corporate law, real estate law, and commercial contracts.
Today my practice is primarily business representation, including corporate and commercial contract law. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and am a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
